Recycled magazine mirror
How we made the recycled magazine mirror.
We started with a small mirror (this one was sold in a set of 4 mirrors at IKEA)
Made a cardboard frame
We glued the back of the mirror to the cardboard frame
And secured it all the way around the edge of the mirror
And a little bit more glue at the back
We cut strips of paper out of magazines, rolled them up, glued them with a regular glue stick and then fixed them to the sides of the frame
We cut them down with scissors or a cutter/x-acto knife to match the width of the frame.
Once the sides were covered, we started covering the front
We added a coat of varnish at the end.
