Toy Story Little Bo Peep costume
The Bo Peep costume is made of three parts - the skirt, the top and the bonnet.
Bo Peep skirt (circle skirt)
To draw your skirt pattern (2 circles) use a pencil and a piece of string.
Take waist measurements of your child.
To get the radius of your circles use the following:
R1= (waist measurement + 2 cm) / 2π
= (waist measurement + 2cm) / 6.28
R2= R1 + length of skirt
Make the casing for the elastic waistband
Pin to right side of skirt and sew around.
Secure the elastic with a couple rows of stitches.
Topstitch all the way around.

Front
Back
Sleeves
Use a long stitch (for the gather on the sleeve)
Gather
Pin sleeves into place
Buttonholes
Sleeves
Sew a few rows with elastic thread at the bottom of the sleeves

For the visor, cut 2 pieces of cotton fabric and 2 of fusible interfacing.
For the hat, cut 1 piece of the cotton fabric.
Make a small hem at the bottom of the hat as a casing for the elastic
Thread the elastic through and secure with a few stitches at both ends.
With right sides together (interfacing side facing outward) sew the 2 visor pieces together.
Before turning the visor piece over, cut up to the stitching.
Turn visor right sides out and topstitch.
With a long stitch, sew around the hat and gather.
Adjust your gather to fit around the visor and sew around.
