What you will need:
You will also need: one black shoelace, 4 large white buttons, some velcro
Use a pair of jeans to determine the size/shape of the chaps
Cut one out of the cow-print fabric and one out of the grey/black fabric
Cut 8 strips of white felt. Place them in between the cow-print chaps and the grey chaps, with chaps pieces right sides together
Sew around the legs, leaving the waist open. Turn right side out.
Cut the shoe lace in half and attach one piece to each leg
Cut a strip of vinyl/faux leather for the belt
Fold the belt over and topstitch all the way around it.
Turn in the top edges of the chaps, put belt in place and topstitch through all layers.
With a fabric marker, draw the line you will follow (red top-stitching)
Finish off the edges with a very narrow zigzag stitch or another decorative stitch
Cut off the cuffs of the shirt
Cut 4 cuff pieces (they are all identical) out of the yellow fabric
Add red stitching to 2 of the 4 cuff pieces. Fuse interfacing to wrong side of two cuff pieces
Place felt on sides of cuffs and baste into place
Fold cuff pieces in half with right sides together, sew together
Place one cuff inside the other (right sides together) making sure to match the seams
Sew around the wider edge (this will be a bit fiddly)
Turn cuff right side out and press.
Pin right side of the cuff around the wrong side of the sleeve (shirt sleeve is shown inside out below).
Make sure to match the seams of the cuff and the underarm seam of the shirt.
Turn right side out and press
Place velcro on the shirt and corresponding places on the yellow bib.
You can also add pieces of velcro on the bottom of the bib to keep it in place
Add 2 large buttons to the front of the shirt
Add buttons to the cuff (on the side that faces outward)
